William Gast
Founder, Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Gast's experience at IXIA, Gnubi Communications, Mail2World, and Bynari, Inc. make him uniquely qualified to run Kyliptix. With over 10 years in executive roles at technology companies focused on hosted messaging, Linux messaging, and test and measurement, Mr. Gast is a progressive thinker with a keen understanding of Internet technologies and general business practices.
Early in his career, Mr. Gast held mid-level management positions at the test and measurement company Tektronix as well as at Agilent Technologies where he was primarily engaged in business development and sales. His broad knowledge of technology and international markets has attributed to the overall success of Kyliptix.
Mr. Gast received a B.S. degree in Marketing from Loyola Marymount University.
Anthony Nassar
Founder, Executive Vice President, Board Member, Director of Products
During the past five years, Mr. Nassar has held key positions in several companies in the high tech component industry. He has significant experience in the development of Internet technology solutions as well as extensive knowledge of the Middle East, Mediterranean, and surrounding regions. During his career, Mr. Nassar has held high-level positions with technology organizations including Teletech, High Tech Services and several other local technology companies.
Paul Ulyett
Board Member
Paul Ulyett is a British born U.S. citizen with nearly three decades of wide ranging business experience with some of the worlds leading companies. Paul is the President and Founder of Windsor Consulting, a leading consulting firm specializing in strategic global marketing, sales and channel management. Immediately prior to founding Windsor Consulting Paul spent seven years at Oracle Corporation, most recently as Vice President, Marketing. His responsibilities included the global marketing of Oracles technology, applications, services and consulting products, a $10B business in markets as diverse as Germany, Brazil, U.S.A., Korea and China.
Paul joined Oracle from Cognos Corporation a leading Corporate Performance Management and Business Intelligence vendor. At Cognos his responsibilities included the growth, revenue and profitability for all product lines, consulting and services for the Western U.S.
Paul earned a National Certificate in Control Engineering at the Royal Navy Engineering College, Portsmouth, England.

Greg Sikes
Board Member Advisor
Having joined Telelogic in 2003, Mr. Sikes currently serves as the Vice President, Products where he is responsible for global Product Management. In this role, he and his team work closely with both Telelogics customers and Product Development group to establish and implement product strategies, then deliver products to market. Prior to that, Mr. Sikes spent nearly 10-years working for MSC.Software. There he fulfilled a number of product and executive management positions serving the Computer Aided Engineering (CAE) industry. His career began in the aerospace industry, where he spent nine years with McDonnell Douglas. During his tenure, Mr. Sikes focused on methods development for structural design and optimization, worked as a MD-8x/9x structural analyst, and was a key member of the advanced design team for the High Speed Civil Transport program.
Jean-Paul Elbekian
Board Member Advisor
One of the most celebrated online marketing strategists in the Middle East region, Mr. Elbekian co-founded and runs Site Builders, a new media agency. In this capacity, he has led the development of online marketing strategy for more than 100 of the regions best enterprises from various sectors and industries. Previously, Mr. Elbekian occupied a managerial role for the marketing practice of a number of leading multinational technology organizations. Mr. Elbekian also spent two years as the regional marketing manager for the Middle East operation of Extreme Networks. This position was preceded by three years with Compaq Middle East as a Product Marketing manager in charge of the Internet Products category. He began his career with the highly acclaimed Emirates Airlines where for five years, he oversaw the award-winning Emirates In-flight IT services and entertainment systems. Mr. Elbekian holds a Bachelor of Science from the American University of Beirut along with a number of professional diplomas from leading training institutes in Europe and the US. He is fluent in English, French, Italian, Arabic, and Armenian.
Scott D. Olson

Mr. Olson is an experienced attorney with a wealth of knowledge in the areas of corporate transactions, intellectual property, and litigation. He was most recently General Counsel of PivX Solutions, Inc., a publicly traded Internet security software development and computer forensics professional services company. Prior to joining PivX, Mr. Olson was an associate attorney at Clifford Chance US LLP, the world's largest law firm out of London, England, where he practiced securities litigation. He has been a part of the defense of high profile securities fraud lawsuits and SEC investigations for companies such as Broadcom, Cisco, Global Crossings, and Homestore.com. As a litigator, Mr. Olson argued cases in front of a variety of state and federal courts, including the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Olson began his legal career as an associate attorney at Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison LLP, where he practiced in the corporate transactional department. As a corporate lawyer, he specialized in IPOs, 33 and 34 Act public company work, mergers and acquisitions, and private company equity and debt financings. Mr. Olson received his J.D. from the University of California Hastings College of the Law and his B.A. in environmental biology from the University of Virginia. He also served as a Peace Corps volunteer in Guatemala.
