William Gast
Founder, Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Gast's experience at IXIA, Gnubi Communications, Mail2World, and Bynari, Inc. make him uniquely qualified to run Kyliptix. With over 10 years in executive roles at technology companies focused on hosted messaging, Linux messaging, and test and measurement, Mr. Gast is a progressive thinker with a keen understanding of Internet technologies and general business practices. Early in his career, Mr. Gast held mid-level management positions at the test and measurement company Tektronix as well as at Agilent Technologies where he was primarily engaged in business development and sales. His broad knowledge of technology and international markets has attributed to the overall success of Kyliptix. Mr. Gast received a B.S. degree in Marketing from Loyola Marymount University.
Anthony Nassar
Founder, Executive Vice President, Board Member, Director of Products
During the past five years, Mr. Nassar has held key positions in several companies in the high tech component industry. He has significant experience in the development of Internet technology solutions as well as extensive knowledge of the Middle East, Mediterranean, and surrounding regions. During his career, Mr. Nassar has held high-level positions with technology organizations including Teletech, High Tech Services and several other local technology companies.
Robert Sinclair
Vice President of Global Sales
Mr. Sinclair has over 25 of years of experience in sales, sales executive management, and general business operations. Early in his career he was involved in selling industrial insulation materials, then made the leap to high-tech in the early nineties when he joined SimpleTech, Inc., a data storage hardware manufacturing company, selling solid-state storage products to an array of markets from consumer to OEM. During his 10+ years with SimpleTech, he held various positions in executive sales, sales operations, and general operations. Upon leaving SimpleTech, Mr. Sinclair joined SiliconSystems, Inc., a solid-state storage provider selling exclusively to the Enterprise OEM market. After seeing SiliconSystems, Inc. through the start-up phase, he joined a network security software provider, PivX Solutions, Inc., as its VP of International Sales. Mr. Sinclair has been affiliated with multiple professional organizations and has been asked to sit on various boards of directors. His educational accomplishments include an M.B.A. from Pepperdine University and a B.S. degree in Biology/Chemistry from Chapman University
John Caldwell
Director of Software Development
Mr. Caldwell has over eight years experience working on web application architecture, development, and integration. His career began at NASA Ames Research Center, where he developed collaborative web-based tools and assisted with supercomputer administration. In early 2001, he was the chief architect of an end-user streaming video solution, far ahead of current offerings. Prior to joining Kyliptix Mr. Caldwell designed and implemented solutions for startup organizations including Drew Media Group, Oediv Inc, and PivX Solutions. Mr. Caldwell attended California State Polytechnic University, Pomona, where he studied Computer Science.
