Former-Oracle VP Joins Kyliptix Board of Directors
Industry Expert Attracted by Kyliptix' Unique Business Model and Strong Solutions
August 29, 2006 - Kyliptix Solutions Inc., a leading provider of web-enabled, SaaS-based solutions and the creator of the Kyliptix Integrated Business Suite (KiBS), today announced the appointment of Paul Ulyett to its Board of Directors.

Paul is the President and Founder of Windsor Consulting, a leading consulting firm in Southern California. Immediately prior to founding Windsor Consulting Paul spent seven years at Oracle Corporation, most recently as Vice President, Marketing. While there, his responsibilities included the global marketing of Oracles technology, applications, services and consulting products, a $10B business in markets as diverse as Germany, Brazil, U.S.A., Korea and China. He also led the business requirements and definition teams for a number of corporate wide initiatives, and was responsible for the implementation of a number of these projects. Other responsibilities included overseeing a North American sales force responsible for in excess of $250M annual revenue and managing sales operations for new business, installed base and indirect channels.
Paul joined Oracle from Cognos Corporation a leading Corporate Performance Management and Business Intelligence vendor. At Cognos his responsibilities included the growth, revenue and profitability for all product lines, consulting and services for the Western U.S. Paul held a similar position in their European operations prior to his permanent move to the United States.
